The User Agent string you posted indicates that the browser within the N770 is being detected as Internet Explorer when, in fact, it is Opera. Due to problems w/ IE handling the Nokia770 skin the current default action (when SlimServer sees IE and the Nokia770 skin) is to switch to Touch. This is a bug and not something you set up incorrectly-- Nigel and kdf are working on this currently and Nigel has confirmed a fix for the Nokia 800.
