I don't know if it is the same on the 770, but here is what I did on N810. Start new browser in non-full screen mode. If it opens in full screen, just click the button on the left-top. Click on icon (=) on left top corner of page (next to the word "Web"). Traverse hierarchy as follows: = > View > Show toolbar > Normal Screen Full Screen Make sure "Full screen" does not have a check next to it.
