I've always had gaps on some mp3 playback, from 6.5.3 to the current stable SC7.
Although, strangely, for me DSOTM wasn't one that had gaps; an example disc with gaps for me is guerilla by super furry animals, track 1 to track 2. Same problem regardless of what ver of lame I used - I've ripped some with 3.92, some with 3.97 some 3.98 beta. always 320 CBR with everything set to "best" Perhaps it's something to do with individual drives/ripping programmes? Has anyone got Guerilla by SFA?
