Thanks for the update - clearly there have been problems beyond the one I originally posted about. However I don't think this solves my issue - I can't update my brand-new-never-been-updated controller via the network update or the SD card (have tried with various cards but they are not recognised by the controller - the only update option given is network update even with the SD card inserted. Have tried with FAT and FAT32 formatting to no avail).
My server is still 7.0.0, how can I get my controller into a usable state?
