My trip to the Apple store

Well, here in Phoenix the line just before 6:00 was probably a couple  
hundred folks tops.  More than I expected.  Once in the store things  
went well.  We got free T-shirts with the Leopard logo on them.   
Pretty cool.  The techs were very helpful in answering my  
installation questions and we're now doing a clean install on my  
Macbook Pro.  Should work well.  I can't get speech to work for some  
reason on install so I'm trying to figure that one out.
