Hi John,
Everything worked as it should in Leopard as well. As Esther
mentioned, when creating a "All Applications" shortcut, it is good to
Restart your computer. I would guess that this is because the Finder
is always running and in order to make the shortcut work properly,
restarting is necessary. As well, I usually avoid the ctrl and option
keys for the shortcuts when VO is running as Yvonne recommended. Good
