I got the seefusion license installed. Here is what I found so far:
The requests pile up to about eight and then the JRUN hangs for A LONG TIME. I tried stop/start the CFMX App Srv Service, and it then lets go of resources. Starting the service just pegs JRUN again. I have links below. Does anyone have any wisdom within this to understand what is being said? Charlie: Im trying to decipher the docs but this is all greek to me and the learning curve is all new. I think this will take me a while to get my groove on. John: You have been MOST helpful and I appreciate that. I do think though that this issue is strictly CF and not Domain related. Just the fact that I can stop the CFMX App Svr Svc and things work ok except hosing CF pages of course proves that. Moving the domain is of course high priority but so is getting this site up, getting power to the rack etc, along with oh sooo many other Priority one things. I have more things that DON'T work than things that are limping along. I hope to get this server from Doesn't work to limp along mode for now. Then I can bring up those other servers. Once it loads GUI, it takes about 2-3 mins to load a browser and resolve the local home page. Then about 10 mins before the CF built page will load instead of erroring out on JRUN. No browser warnings in event viewer. Not multi homed. It does not load any network critical services. It does run Backup Exec, IIS, Terminal Services, Grisoft AV, MySQL, and MSSQL. I do notice that there are a couple questionable processes running and will google them for potential viruses. Robert, is it taking long to boot up or taking long to shutdown? Note a reboot requires both of these actions. I'm guessing its taking along time to shutdown with your description of the CPU load. Could be many things. Load, third-part connections such as databases, or just bad code can cause these things. Check out the logs in the CFAdmin tool. Look in the server one and look for entries with 'request timeout' mentioned.
