I meant to respond to Joseph since he started this thread. I also meant to say that I would think decrypting the email at the recipient's end would be manual process and would likely require a "key" on their end. Outlook/Exchange may possibly have some API or .NET way of dealing with this that as well. This is a tricky because it would require coordination on both the sending and receiving ends that can be common to both. Have you checked to see if there is a custom tag that will help or conducted a search to see what encryption/decryption options Outlook/Exchange has?
