Here's the reality: The average coder writes some seriously

I too have written some seriously bad code in my life. Like anything,
coding takes practice. Years of practice. There are a few gurus, a
few bad apples and a lot of people in the middle, a typical bell
curve. I'd consider myself part of that middle group who is lucky to
know and be able to bend the ears of a few people on the guru side of
the curve on occasion. There are many topics I am passionate about
and know quite well. But there are many, many more where I am
clueless and need to learn from others.
