1. Cost of membership drops to 50 NIS and 25 NIS respectively, since
the only need for money is to fund AP. Entrance to Hamakor members

2. There are no longer "yedidim".

You cannot force "yedidim" to become full members according to Amutot law.
You cannot throw the "yedidim" out without refunding their fees. How do you
plan to accomodate this?

3. The board, by definition, will not have to do anything other than
post "we want this to happen" messages, giving general direction
to others interested in helping but don't know how.

Most work will be done by appointed "project managers"; most are
  already doing some work.

How will you incent these project managers to volunteer for the job.
Currenly there are not enough volunteers. How will you ensure there will be
more?

Who will be in charge of the money of Hamakor - writing and depositing
checks, composing and signing the financial reports, etc? Will member cards
be sent to members? If so, who will be in charge of that?

4. The lists will have no censorship, no moderation, and will be open
  for posting without subscribing.

The list receives hundereds of spam messages daily. Openining the list
will mean the 200 subscribes will each receive hundreds of spam messages,
which in turn will lead to unsubscribing from the list? Is that what you
want?

5. The only required list is "discussions". Other lists will be
combined to a new list, "misc".

So people corrdinating August Penguin will get mail regarding W3C
complaiance, telux club mail, internal discussions about Hamakor Prize,
internal PR memos, and meta discussions about how the mailing
lists should be run?

6. Hamakor will not spend money on printing CDs, posters, postcards,
T-Shirts, or anything like it until it gains more stability.

T-Shirts are a profit center for Hamakor. How will Hamakor gain more
stability when you reduce the membership fees? How will this help the goals
in Hamakor's charter?

7. There will be a general assembly of Hamakor members (all of them)
at least 3-4 times a year.

How will you force all of Hamakor's members to come to a specific location
3-4 times per year. Keep in mind that abduction is a criminal offense in
Israel. Assuming you don't force people to come, the quorum (required by
law) will never be reached (as there would be no "yedidim") and thus all
assemblies will be held a week after the original notice.

What agenda do you plan for these 3-4 assemblies?

Don't bother replying - I don't care what you think, my opinions will
not change, and if I will be elected each one of these will be done.

You still need a majority in the board to pass decisions.
