I'm a newbie to the Django/Python environment and have been working through the tutorials on the project site using the lite server - works fine. I now want to run the same projects on an Apache server using mod_python on a Windows PC.
I've followed the installation instructions and have mod_python running on apache, but cannot get my project application running. The nearest I can get is this error message: ----------------------------------- Page not found (404) Request Method: GET Request URL: http://localhost/mysite/ Using the URLconf defined in mysite.urls, Django tried these URL patterns, in this order: 1. ^polls/$ 2. ^polls/(?P<poll_id>\d+)/$ 3. ^polls/(?P<poll_id>\d+)/results/$ 4. ^polls/(?P<poll_id>\d+)/vote/$ 5. ^admin/ The current URL, /mysite/, didn't match any of these. ----------------------------------- I've changed httpdconf, settings.py and url.py , to no avail and can't seem to move on from here.
