missing arc will not break spf dkim, but it preserves state of pass TO the maillists, but only if maillists run arc at the first stage of breaking dkim, i only know dovecot maillist that have solved it as it should be, i think others could do the same of not breaking dkim, or if need to, do a fully arc sealing
