Except there are 100,000 registrants in .name and the registry only handles 
inbound mail.  Every registrant
who wants to send mail makes their own arrangements which means there are 
potentially 100,000 different systems
sending mail.

In David's case, he's the only registrant in under busdos.name but it varies a 
lot, and there's no promise that a dozen other
people with similar names won't register ermintrude.busdos.name or whatever.
