The ABNF definition suggests that anything in double-quotes is case 
insensitive, and that any case-sensitive values should be escaped as per the 
-07 definition. Adding a comment that says “case sensitive” is confusing and 
not as definitive. Does it mean the “v” is case sensitive as well? This 
particular line is fine as-was IMO.
