if you have recycle, use that. it's does everything for you including washing your socks

I'm not sure how you mean the "other part of the sampler", but here's what i'd do...
right click (or the mac equiv of a right click if you're not using PC) the nn-19 just about anywhere on the module, and a menu will pop up - choose "browse samples" - find the sample you want, then choose "OK".
From here, you just have to write midi into the sequencer to play the sample
back. if it's an 8 bar loop, and you want the whole thing to play, you'll
have to draw a block in your sequencer that's 8 bars long - the shorter you
draw out your midi data the less time the sample will actually play.

I have a 8 beat loop I cut in soundforge How do I throw it in the nn-19 sampler? I can throw it in the other part of the sampler but it only plays a little snippet of the loop. I really like the things you can do with samples in the nn-19 sampler.
