The Call for Adoption people has ended and DNSOP has adopted the document.
Paul should upload a version
of the document with an updated name.   He has already captured the issues
raised here:

https://github.com/paulehoffman/draft-hoffman-dnssec/issues

However, please raise any additional issues.

As we discussed, the chairs are attempting to fast track this document,
with the idea of a Working Group Last Call
by June (assuming all open issues have been resolved).
