I am not talking about the expired domains as much as I am talking about the
domain resale market:
https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/dna/landing.asp?se=%2B&ci=1546

Godaddy is letting customers sell their domains on Godaddy instead of going
to Afternic or Sedo. The customer can sell the domain for a hard price, ask
for offers or put the domain up for auction. GoDaddy also puts expired
domains up for auction in the same system.
