I have a .eu domain that won't register (order id 47417143 for tucows folks), the domain cost is $13 but trying to process the order from the RWI results in this:
Order 47417143 (<thedomain>.eu) not registered: Billing failure Not enough money for this transaction. Of course that's not the problem. I only ever get this when using the API: response_text: Billing failure Not enough money for this transaction When using the RWI I sometimes get the not enough money error, or something about problems with the owner contact info (contact info that is generated by my script as usual).
