problem has been resolved.

Endless decisions of Politician to build an european
registry and a huge of different opportunities how a
registry should work, brought up a registry without a 24/7
help desk and a registry who is not able to post funds to an
registrar account in time. This is the european way.

I apologize that I suspected tucows in my statement before.
