It seems, you just can't disable this.  We've had a long standing  
battle with Tucows Sales over opting out of the auction/listing  
service.  I've been reassurred many times that we have been opted out  
of this program. Our resellername.domainauctionservice.com is also  
active.

Really not sure what it's going to take to have our wishes as a  
reseller respected on this.  We (nor you) should have ever be opted  
into this by default, and if we want to opt out of the program,  
regardless of the reason, that wish should be respected.
