>All other deleting domain auction systems I know of include the renewal fee
in the base auction price.

Hi Paul

This isn't going to get resolved - Tucows are keeping the minimum price at
$15.

I'm emailing our auction customers at the moment and telling them we have to
pay our invoice or we cancel their orders. This has put us in a position
where we look completely unprofessional. Even if they do pay, we will have
to make this same demand for every future customer if we leave the system
open. I don't see how we can.

I'm also guessing that Domain Direct is not charging the renewal which puts
us as resellers in uncompetitive position with the company we resell for.

I would warn anyone else who signed up for the auction system that your
systems are live too (resellername.domainauctionservice.com). If someone
finds that site you will have the same trouble.

I don't understand a reseller model that makes a loss no matter how many
times you explain it to me (but thanks for the call Craig). We're obviously
too small a reseller to adopt GoDaddy/Ev1 style loss leaders. The auction
system is useless to me until it covers the base renewal cost - end of
story.

This has been a complete and utter waste of my time and that of my staff.

Best,
