I've said this many times before and will say it again...

Tucows, the company, has spread their team (dev and support) too thin
by adding services that the majority of resellers don't want or need
while at the same time ignoring all of the issues and bugs in the
existing services.

Expect a marketing exec to reply with bullet points about how they are
going to make things better.
