The System Status Page says: Whois Online
But if I try to lookup a domain name I get this: "unable to connect to whois.tucows.com (115: Operation now in progress)" and for .cc domains this: "Timeout waiting for response." I also have seen another message: "Connection refused: exceeded maximum connection limit from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" Hm. I'm sure we are not treating the whois server, but ofcourse we do lookups for administration purposes. Is the maximum connection limited now? Or is there something wrong with the WHOIS Server? In the last 7 years it worked well and since a couple of days problems increased?
