HI Paul and everyone, Thank you for your post requesting clarification. It is true that there are actually two separate ongoing high priority issues for Resellers. We are working diligently to resolve both and appreciate that there is a customer impact for all of you.
The issues: -Whois access is intermittent. -OpenSRS Domain Provisioning and Management- Customers are experiencing slowness and intermittent failures when submitting OpenSRS commands. Sending domain logins, transfer requests and authorization codes are delayed; the queued emails will be sent when the issue is resolved. Our management team is also involved in ensuring that we resolve the issues with the highest quality possible, as soon as possible. Due to the technical nature, the resolutions are taking time. We are constantly in contact and try to, in turn, continually update you on the status page as well as the discuss list. I hope that I answered your questions. If not, please let me know.
