HI Paul and everyone,

Thank you for your post requesting clarification. It is true that there are
actually two separate ongoing high priority issues for Resellers. We are
working diligently to resolve both and appreciate that there is a customer
impact for all of you.

The issues:

-Whois access is intermittent.
-OpenSRS Domain Provisioning and Management- Customers are experiencing
slowness and intermittent failures when submitting OpenSRS commands. Sending
domain logins, transfer requests and authorization codes are delayed; the
queued emails will be sent when the issue is resolved.

Our management team is also involved in ensuring that we resolve the issues
with the highest quality possible, as soon as possible. Due to the technical
nature, the resolutions are taking time. We are constantly in contact and
try to, in turn, continually update you on the status page as well as the
discuss list.

I hope that I answered your questions. If not, please let me know.

Heather

I don't think it's limited to the WHOIS server.

We requested about 120 AUTH CODE emails from the openSRS management
interface last night, and only 1/3 of them made it.

Then you add the WHOIS server problem to that, and the gaining
registrar could only get details on 1/2 of the 1/3 of 120.

If I was a conspiracy theorist...
