Title: RE: Attn Musicians

My collection is growing, too. As influenced by Pat I bought a 12 string ES-335. A rare bird. That was in 1981. After a few months I was "hard up for cash" and sold it. How stupid was that? Now I can't remember why I thought I needed the money. I haven't seen one since. But I did recently purchase an Epiphone BB King Lucille. Still has that Pat Simmons ES look and feel. I will not be selling this one.

Any other Doobie influenced musical or otherwise purchases, out there? I know you are out there.

Later,
Steve

Hi Bryant,

That's funny you mention "wheels of fortune" as a fun tune to play.
That's one of my favorite guitar riffs to toy with also .

If I try a guitar out in the music store I usually start playing those
opening chords . Doobie songs are sum of the best tunes
to "test" guitars with .
