According to the changelog, it was added in 3.1.4.3:
  * Added InstallationDirectory property to Launcher

If I'm misunderstanding what that means, I apologize, and I'd be happy
to dig into the NSIS script to figure out how to setup the installation
directory as a step in the installation.
