[Glenn] It doesn't.  I'm 99.999% sure it was done for the sake of
simplicity.  (Dave was somewhat bummed when the tool grew past a single
search.htm file).

[Glenn] The NSIS script for DQSD is fairly simple, and probably the best
thing would be to rewrite it, using one of the more recent simple NSIS
samples as a basis.  It shouldn't be too hard.  If you need some help, I'll
be glad to pitch in.
