[Glenn] IIRC, Dave wanted to make the installer as simple as possible, and
that was the sole reason for leaving out the NSIS page which prompted for
the install dir.  It's very simple to add that, and we should have probably
done it long ago. 

Anyway, Dave's probably not monitoring this list, so I'll blame it him. :)
