I can't find any evidence that DQSD should care where it's installed.
I tried disabling the SilenInstall directive in the NSI, but it gets
kind-of ugly, since the DQSD setup has its own message-box-based UI.
Maybe letting the user specify install dir requires that we clean it
up overall? Not that I'd mind that :)

Anyway, user-configured install dir should be doable.
