Which one?  1 uses vertex arrays with glArrayElement, 0 uses immediate
mode. (2 uses glDrawElements.  For some reason it seems to cause problems
on lots of drivers, such as the nVidia binary-only ones, and also the ATI
binary-only ones according to someone who ran Solace on them for me).
