Setting GL_draw_method to 0 prevents from drawing these nice artifacts as
shown in the picture. Please see my next posting in a few minutes when I
managed to upload the 'Carbon Copies' of two Solace-sequences.
I'll see what GL_draw_method 2 shows on my display,
