it needs cleanup and r200 needs a workaround for tmu2..5,
maybe this would help for ut2003.

I thought someone would do the conversion of the radeon/r200 driver
from the t_dd_vbtmp.h template code to "t_vertex" and so the patch
would have become incompatible a little bit. So I just waited...
