I've added some info the wiki page on what I've found with the 200M so far,
quick summary: 1. It should have a PCI GART, the regs work, but it doesn't seem to function... bummer... 2. Attempts to move all things we currently allocate in GART into framebuffer, seems to work fine for CP accel for X.org, however I haven't got the 3D driver to work... at least I proved the drm_addbufs_fb code works.... :-).... 3. RE fglrx, I got kmmio up and running and I've posted the register dump, I can see some more indirect regs and I can see the table start, so far my attempts to copy this in the drm are failing miserable :), and I've no idea how much more time I can spend on it....
