Hi!

A couple of notes about trunk and auth. Based on some feedback in patches we
have a couple of changes:

1) By default we are now binding against localhost.

2) The auth_all module is being loaded by default, and we have removed the if()
that created the policy of "if no module exists, just allow allow". The
auth_all allows all , but it forces a username for the connection.

I am suspecting that for local connection/admin we will enforce the current
user as the user for the local connection (ie, you can't fake root without the
password).

We have talked about this in IRC/patch comments, and the hope is that this will
balance ease of use, with a bit of caution concerning allowed connections.

Cheers,
        -Brian
