I'd like to see peercred used for UDS, Console, and I believe we should be able
to accomplish this for localhost as well.
My personal opinion is that we should enforce object ownership/audit based on
this (ie we add to the definitions of what is created the creator).
In any of the above I'd welcome a patch. I've got a patch I need to double
check before submitting which will also allow us to do the auth protocol
support that was added to the most recent MySQL.
