I am trying to install DSpace 7.2 on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS. According to the instructions in step 11 here: Installing DSpace - DSpace 7.x Documentation - LYRASIS Wiki <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Installing+DSpace>, I copied the "server" webapp from /dspace/webapps to /var/lib/tomcat9/webapps. Now, "server" is showing in Tomcat Web Application Manager, but when I click on start next to it, the Manager says:
