I started installation again and I got an error message (attached) and I clicked "Ignore" and the installation went to the same point of getting hung up on connecting to mysb.com. I'm going to restart the computer and reboot the modem and router, maybe that will help. In case it helps analyze this situation, I haven't been able to connect with mysb.com for years, but I've always been able to access TIDAL through connecting with PC.
