Sorry for the multiple posts.
I was able to get the controller to boot up and work, connected to the receiver. It's the older controller software version, not the updated one it wanted to install but kept failing to install. I am connected through PC. I am logged into mysb.com online, which still does not recognize the controller and receiver. Under Radio I can get stations to play. So that's progress. Still all "empty" under My Music. The settings page is still as pictured in my post above, so I can't rescan from there. I told the controller to rescan the entire library, but it seems to be stuck on "server no rescanning." It doesn't rescan. There is no scroll bar on the left side of LMS online. So -- I have radio. No apps like TIDAL. None of my own music on my PC. No settings pages in LMS. No scroll bar on left panel of LMS online. What should I try next?
