I was able to enter the correct password for mysb.com log in, into the
LMS control panel. But mysb.com still says not connected.  I deleted the
receiver from mysb.com in hope of reconnecting it, but that hasn't
worked.

mysb.com will only show connected if you don't connect your player to LMS. Don't worry about that status: I have dozens of players in my mysb.com account, but none is "connected". Still I'm playing music and what not all day long.

So -- No apps.  No scroll bar on left panel in LMS.  No settings tabs in
LMS.  No way to play all songs in a folder (the arrow to play them all
disappeared from where it used to be).

Make sure you wipe your browser's cache. And look into your server.log file.
