Yes, but they are all still bound by the agreement when configured in e164. Chances of erroneous configuration increase ofcourse.
Yes, I know about various alternate enum systems. They would seem to be the better solution. I think it was the original version of the pulver one that called you and told you your password... (I don't know if that's now e164.info or not...)
