HOW DO YOU DO THAT? (caps lock blues) a folder in the SysFldr with
aliases of apps in it? i am intrigued.

i use the keyboard a lot. on the desktop, use letters to get the one
you want, or pop around w/ arrow keys, then apple-O to open... also
Jerry's Finder Patch. absolutely great.

i personally would like a shortcut for hiding the active app and also
hiding all other apps, also for giving memory and sharing info,
instead of get info and then changing to sharing/ memory. that's
what i want! bob

>My favorite, and one reason why I went from 8.1 back to 7.6.1 on my 280 is
>that PopUp Folders puts a folder icon in the menubar, with the folder in
>the System, into which you can alias anything you want handy access to, and
>then when you hilite it in the Menubar, you can add a command key. So all
>my internet apps, and frequently used stuff is there. Not using GoMac,
>Control Strip, PowerBar anymore.
