Now, now... Let's not get too sexist here; I've had enough of the John
Dvorak "girly" comments for one week. :) The fact is, in my organization
(1000+ employees), an alarming number of both men and women are flatly
clueless about the computer sitting on their desks. The big difference I
notice is that most of the men will try to bluff their way by pretending to
be nonchalantly knowledgeable, while most the women are brave enough to
admit frankly that they haven't the foggiest beyond the few routine tasks
they've been taught. Frustration Point Number One for me: knuckleheads that
think Microsoft Word is a page layout program, just because they've never
seen a REAL page layout program. (Word *SUCKS* for handling even simple
graphics).
