I too have used Retrospect with good results for incremental backup, but
when it comes too actualizing only certain files and folders, in everyday
use I found Apple`s "File Assistant" the most convenient tool: it is
simple, swift, works with any media and can be automated to perform it�s
task as soon as you select or insert the chosen backup media.
