Have used Dantz tech support on a number of occasions for problems with
device drivers or unusual error messages and have ALWAYS received courteous,
FAST, knowledgeable and helpful responses. While not perfect the support I
have received from Dantz is way ahead of the other software vendors I have
experience with. Additionally there are several error detection modes in
Retrospect that provide excellent information which they can help you with.
Yes the interface is a bit strange (strange wording and naming conventions
more than anything else) - newest version better - but given it's power and
utility worth the effort to learn.
