Don't think we have an official place. It'd be great to see the entire page though -- for example, pick some random page on the site and do the whole thing how you're proposing. Header, body, footer. Gives a better impression of how the whole thing will look. Also keep in mind the differences between logged in/logged out users and how the scheme changes.
