George, I don't know if this is really the right way, but it worked for me...
In the DX4Win main window, go to "File|Databases", then select "Radios". In the box that appears, select "Icom 756 Pro III", from the "Radio model" drop-down list. Then from the "Radio" menu, select "Copy". The name in the box will change to "&ICOM 756 Pro III". Edit this name to read "ICOM 7600". (Be sure to delete the & from the beginning of the name.) Now, in the "Default Address" box, change the "6E" to "7A". Don't change anything else. Finally, select the "File" menu and click on "Save Changes and Exit". Now you will have the IC-7600 as a radio choice in the Preferences dialog. All I had to do was select that and everything worked! I hope you are enjoying your IC-7600 as much as I am. What a great radio, especially on CW.
