Not the best way to do it. For one thing, not everyone tracks the same 
memberships. What you really want is for the QSO window to do the same 
lookup on current membership lists as the Spot Window... that would 
definitely be handy... in fact my "other" logging program (the one I 
don't use anymore) has this feature.
