No... you don't want to save it. You want current status, the program redoes the lookup. For example, someone may not have been a LotW member when you worked him but has since registered. This is the information that is more useful. Likewise, it is conceivable with some lists that someone might no longer be a member of a list... though that is not possible with the LotW list because of the indirect way the data is collected.
