No it set label flags for *ALL* 80m QSOs in your log.  That's what the
filter told it to do.

That is because you are using the wrong Mark for QSL function!  As I
tried to explain in my earlier message, you have to use the function
that's part of the Reports menu/window.  when the Reports window comes
up, select the award you want to create labels for.  Then under
Report/Action, select "Mark for QSL".  Then click on the OK button.

You are using the Mark for QSL function that is off the QSL menu in
the QSO window.  These are two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT functions, as you
discovered.  Is this any clearer?
