But the very first time you do this (ever), right-click on the Callsign/Mgr Lookup (F3) window and make sure that Automatic Update (at the bottom) is checked. This allows the window to update as you scroll through your log, as well as update when you are entering a new QSO. Once you check this setting, you'll never have to do it again. This is no automatic way to get that data into the logbook, however.
